SOME BACKGROUND INFORMATION

A Lee County resident since 1984, I moved from Texas where I began my family and worked in the Credit Industry. Prior to that I lived 20 years in Massachusetts where I remain in part with lifelong friends and family. I opened a Subcontracting business in 1987 and have been involved in numerous construction projects.  My construction experience gives me a critical eye while viewing properties.

My main focus now is the Real Estate Industry where I enjoy interacting with people and the challenges involved with each transaction. Our current market often requires a good deal of patience and special expertise.  As a "CERTIFIED DISTRESSED PROPERTY EXPERT" - CDPE, and a HAFA Short Sale Specialist -  I focus on deals requiring specialized training and education.  Working with Sellers and their Lenders to avoid Foreclosure takes comprehensive knowledge and skill.  When working with Buyers, I can identify which Short Sale opportunities have the best chance for a successful Closing. In my role as Agent I find it both crucial and beneficial to communicate frequently with all parties involved.  My Clients and Associates know they can contact me at any time and if I am unavailable - they will hear back from me almost immediately.


MY COMMUNITY AND PERSONAL ACTIVITIES

When I am not actively working with Short Sale negotiations, I enjoy listening to music, reading, gardening, cooking, and visiting with family and friends. And, admittedly, yes, I do watch TV.  I'm a news junkie and my favorite program is House. I am also a faithful church member attending weekly and helping out wherever I can.
I recently graduated from The Blessed Edmund Rice School for Pastoral Ministry thru Barry University after 5 years of study and formation.
I'm a Nature Lover who enjoys spending time outdoors, and an animal lover as well, although I only have time for my 3 cats ... Toby, The Captain, & Tenille.
